About Building Department

The Building Department has 6 employees, Building Official, two full time inspectors, one part time inspector, one full time secretary and one part time secretary.  This department issues permits for all construction of buildings and structures, and performs the required inspections required by each permit.  Additionally, the Building Department registers contractors who are working in our City.

The Building Department has certified building inspectors, electrical inspectors and plumbing inspectors.
