Community Building
The following community building is available for rental in Avon Lake .

Lake House(Veteran's Park)
The Lake House(Veteran's Park) is located at 32756 Lake Road in Avon Lake. Avon Lake requires reservations two weeks prior to the rental date, but no more than twelve months in advance.

Rental Rates:
Resident: $125 plus $25 for each additional hour
Non-Resident: $225 plus $50 for each additional hour
Non-Profit Organization: $35 plus $10 for each additional hour
(Non-Profit rates only good Monday thru Thursday).
There is a minimum of (3) hours, including set-up and tear down which is required for all reservations.
Must be 18 years of age to rent facility
Smoking and Alcohol are prohibited.

22 Parking Spaces (Overflow parking at the Teen/Senior Center)

Kitchen includes:
Refrigerator (no ice machine)
Microwave
Oven (for warming only)
