2015 Avon Lake Community Police Academy: Part 3

In the fist segment, the Participants learn the methods that police use to detect possible OVI violations, then, using Fatal Vision Goggles that simulate a blood alcohol level of .17 - .20, they attempt to drive a golf cart through a course. In the second segment, Dr. Frank Miller, Lorain County Chief Deputy Coroner, gave a presentation about the duties of the Coroner's offices, as well as, the types of investigations they do.
