Those residents willing to participate should sign up with the Engineering Department and they will receive a rain gauge at that time.  All that is asked is that rainfall events of 1 inch or over be called in to the Engineering Department and reported.  These measurements will greatly help the City understand the actual rainfalls being experienced.
