The Lake House which is located at Veterans Memorial Park (32756 Lake Rd.) is available for private parties throughout the year.  This building has tables and chairs to accommodate 60 people and has a small warming kitchen, a patio, and fantastic Lake Erie views.  This popular location is often used for wedding showers, baby showers, family reunions, meetings, and other private events.  Our rental rates are listed below.  Please contact us to book your rental today! 

 

Rental Rates:
Resident: $150 for three hours plus $25 for each additional hour
Non-Resident: $250 for three hours plus $50 for each additional hour
Non-Profit Organization: $50 for three hours plus $15 for each additional hour
(Non-Profit rates available Monday through Thursday with proof of 501(c)3 status).
There is a minimum of (3) hours required for all reservations. Set up and clean up time must be included in rental time.
Must be 18 years of age to rent facility
Smoking and alcohol are prohibited.
