Cancellation Policy

Participants are not considered registered for the program until registration fees have been paid in full. The City of Avon Lake Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel programs due to insufficient registration and will issue a full refund to program registrants.

When the Avon Lake School District buildings are closed due to inclement weather or civil emergency City of Avon Lake Parks and Recreation Department programs will be cancelled for the day regardless if the circumstances changes. If Avon Lake School District buildings are closed due to inclement weather or civil emergency on a Friday, all weekend City of Avon Lake Parks and Recreation Department programs will be cancelled regardless if the weather changes.
