This week on Public Access, Heritage Avon Lake presents the “Native American Heritage Fest 2019,” which was held on September 15, 2019, at Veterans Memorial Park. The City Club of Cleveland’s “Ohio Forward: Investing in Our Economy” features speaker J.P. Nauseef, President and Chief Investment Officer, JobsOhio. In its latest annual report, JobsOhio touted bringing a record number of jobs to the state in 2018; however, critics question the organization’s transparency and whether its efforts have actually improved Ohio’s economic performance. Mr. Nauseef discusses how JobsOhio and its initiatives plan to shape Ohio’s economic future. Host Jeanne Shuster is joined by Andy Slimak, co-owner and senior instructor at Starz Ballroom, and his dance partner Diane Tenwick as they demonstrate and discuss the benefits of ballroom dancing on “Fitness for Every Body.” On “Aging Gracefully,” host Kathryn Eyring meets with Matt Gurwell, the founder and CEO of Keeping Us Safe.
