The Avon Lake United Church of Christ broadcasts its service live this Sunday morning at 9:00 and 11:00 AM.

 

            This week on Public Access, host Chris Quinlan talks with Ward IV Council Representative, David Kos, on “Community Connection.” The City Club of Cleveland’s “Fugitive Slaves and the Struggle for America’s Soul” features Andrew Delbanco, Ph.D., 2019 Anisfield-Wolf Book Award in Nonfiction and Alexander Hamilton Professor of American Studies, Columbia University. Dr. Delbanco explores how the battle over fugitive slaves affects America's present story and its persistent struggles with race and inequality. Five generations of women sit down for a discussion on Kathryn Eyring’s latest episode, “Women by the Decade,” of “Aging Gracefully.”
