Engage Avon Lake App
Engage Avon Lake is a free app for residents report non-emergency, quality-of-life issues, such as streetlight problems, downed tree limbs, potholes or park maintenance issues. The “Notify the City of an Issue” option includes features such as GPS location and the ability to upload photos for each request. The app also links to the city calendar, website and Avon Lake Community TV videos.

This is a great tool to use when you want to report an issue and don’t know who to contact. The easy-to-use interface directs users to the correct department, ensuring your issue will be received promptly.

ALHS Summer Baseball and Softball Classic Begins
Address: Weiss Park, 33401 Webber Road, Avon Lake, OH 44012
The divisions are 3rd and 4th grade, 5th and 6th grade, and 7th-9th grade baseball and softball. It will be the grade a child is entering for fall of 2021. All players must register individually. No full teams will be accepted. 

All players sign up individually to be drafted by ALHS baseball and softball players to a team. Teams will practice July 19th-July 21st and there will be round robin games July 22nd-July 23rd all taking place in the evening. There will be a single elimination tournament on July 24th during the day. The championship games will take place on July 25th. After the games Saturday, stick around to mingle with friends, family, and the ALHS teams! We will host our summer concert featuring the Players Club along with The Original Steaks and Hoagies and 808 food trucks. All ALHS coaches will be present to watch the future Shoremen and Shoregals play! 

The Summer Classic is open to Avon Lake residents only. Whether you play in the recreation league, CVBA, or weekend travel ball the coaches and players want to meet you in our week-long event.
