Due to Covid-19, the in-person part of the Empty Bowls by the Lake 2020 event is cancelled. Instead, there will be an online auction November 8-14. The mission of Empty Bowls by the Lake is to raise both money and awareness in the fight to end hunger in our neighborhood. They are dedicated to creating positive and lasting changes through the arts, education, and projects that build community. All of the proceeds of the Empty Bowls event are given to local food banks and pantries, including Second Harvest Food Bank, CRS, and LCCC's Commodore Cupboard.
