Leaf Pickup

The last round of City of Avon Lake's curbside leaf collection will begin the week of January 5, 2026, starting on the east side of town, and moving west. Winter weather may impact the collection progress, but the round will be completed. The map below will be updated as progress continues.

Reminders:

• Leaves should be placed on the tree lawn area, NOT in the street.
• Leaves should not be placed around fire hydrants.
• DO NOT COMMINGLE LEAVES AND BRANCHES.  Piles should only be leaves (no rocks, pumpkins, woody materials etc.).
• Do not park vehicles over leaf piles.
• Christmas trees will be collected the first two full weeks of January. All decorations must be removed from the tree, including ornaments, tinsel, lights, etc. Please place tree on the tree lawn.
