The Public Works Department keeps the City of Avon Lake clean and safe by improving, maintaining, and managing city infrastructure — from our parks to our streets and sewers — so they are equipped to serve our residents now and for years to come.

Columbia Gas of Ohio is the supplier of natural gas to more than 1,000 communities in Ohio. They offer customer support and gas choice program information.
FirstEnergy Corp (The Illuminating Company) is the central site for Ohio Edison, Illuminating Company, Toledo Edison, and Penn Power. Their website is your go-to hub for bill pay, customer support, service disconnection, and setting up new service.
