Annual Comprehensive Financial Report
The City of Avon Lake is proud to announce that its Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, has received the Certificate of Achievement (COA) for Excellence in Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA). The certificate is the highest form of recognition in governmental accounting and financial reporting. This is the ninth consecutive time that the City has received this recognition.
