City of Avon Lake to hold ribbon cutting for Civitas Real Estate Group

09/08/2025 – Avon Lake, Ohio – The City of Avon Lake will hold a ribbon cutting event for Civitas Real Estate Group, located at 375 Lear Road in Learwood Square, on Wednesday, September 10 at 2:00 p.m. This event is open to the public.

Founded by Principal Broker Jonathan Wright in 2025, Civitas is a full-service brokerage that offers consultative and marketing services for all phases of residential and commercial sales.
