City of Avon Lake Purchases Former Smith & Smith Law Offices

03/28/2018 – At a Lorain County Sheriff sale on Wednesday, March 21, the City of Avon Lake purchased the property at 110 Moore Rd., which is located near the corner of Lake Rd. and Moore Rd. This includes three parcels of land and a building that was formerly the home of the Smith & Smith law offices. The City’s winning bid was $205,000.
