Avon Lake residents may use this form to report non-emergency, quality-of-life issues, such as potholes, downed tree limbs, or park maintenance issues. For urgent matters that require immediate attention or an emergency response, call 9-1-1. Street light issues should be reported directly to First Energy by calling 1-888-LIGHTSS (1-888-544-4877) or using their online reporting tool.

Rent a Facility
Want to rent a facility for a birthday party, wedding shower, or familiy reunion? Rentals and reservations of the Anchor Recreational Facility, Folger Home, Lake House, and city parks are available through the Avon Lake Recreation Department.
