Mona Lisa eco Spa’Lon to hold grand opening for new Avon Lake location on June 21

06/16/2025 – Avon Lake, Ohio – Mona Lisa eco Spa’Lon will celebrate the grand opening of its new Avon Lake location at 33467 Lake Road, Suite 110, on Saturday, June 21, from noon to 4:00 p.m. The grand opening event is open to the public and will feature a bazaar of local vendors, natural products, chair massages, food, and other festivities.

Known for its commitment to eco-friendly practices and certified natural products sourced from Italy, Mona Lisa eco Spa’Lon offers a full range of salon and spa experiences in a relaxing, eco-chic boutique environment. Owner Mona Hirst has been a stylist for nearly 30 years, having honed her craft in Europe and the U.S. Her work has been featured in People magazine and a variety of photo shoots and fashion events.

“I’m excited to return to where it all started,” said Mona, who began her business in Avon Lake nearly a decade ago before relocating to downtown Lorain. “Avon Lake is a great place to own a business, and our new location will be more convenient for our clients from Avon Lake, Bay Village, North Ridgeville, and Avon.”

Hirst said Mona Lisa eco Spa’Lon will maintain Saturday hours at the Lorain location (1247 W Erie Avenue) for Lorain, Amherst, and Vermillion clients. The grand opening event for the new Avon Lake location, she added, offers new and existing clients the opportunity to take advantage of product discounts, meet other local vendors, and learn more about her natural approach to holistic lux.
