Bobi Biederman Photography Ribbon Cutting
11/11/2021 – On Friday, November 12, at 4:30pm, there will be a ribbon cutting ceremony at the expansion space of Bobi Biedeman Photography (33491 Lake Rd.), at Beach Park Station.
Almost 9 years ago, photographer Bobi Biederman started with her first studio in her home in Avon Lake, focusing on newborn and family photography. “With six kids and a busy house, I was looking to move my business out of my home,” she says. “That's when I found the Lofts at Beach Park Station above The Anchor Rec Facility in Beach Park Station. I was there for a little over two years. It was great and I loved my space! One day though when I pulled into the parking lot I noticed that Miss Jacqui's Dance was cleaned out! I started asking around about the space and before too long it was mine! We've been doing a lot of work over the last couple of months. The space was the perfect next step for us. Now pregnant women and new moms don't have all of those stairs to climb!”
Bobi Biederman Photography offers full-service customized portrait sessions. The business also creates finished artwork such as folio boxes, albums, wall art and fine art prints that become treasured keepsakes. All of the products are printed in professional labs and are the highest quality. “I try to make the process stress free. The last thing a new mom needs to worry about is designing an album or collage or where to have it printed,” says Biederman.
“My husband and I moved to Avon Lake 14 years ago with our one-year-old son and another on the way,” says Biederman.” We've enjoyed the area and have so many great memories with our family here. It's been nice to have our business in Beach Park Station for the past three years. It's a great place to have a business! We love the location by the lake. Our new space has beautiful big windows, plenty of space and easy access and parking.”
For the City of Avon Lake, Bobi Biederman Photography’s move from the Lofts at Beach Park Station downstairs to one of the plaza’s main storefronts is a success story. “It’s very important to the City that we have spaces for businesses at each phase of their growth,” says Ted Esborn, the City’s Economic Development Director. “To see a business like Bobi Biederman Photography transition from a smaller space to a larger one is great news for Avon Lake.”
