The Civil Service Commission of the City of Avon Lake will hold an examination for the purpose of creating an eligibility list for original appointment to the position of Dispatcher/Records Clerk in the Avon Lake Police Department.

STEP 1 SALARY - $23.04/HOUR

Applications may be obtained on-line at www.avonlake.org or in-person from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Avon Lake Municipal Building, 150 Avon Belden Road, 1st Floor, Avon Lake, Ohio beginning Monday, August 7, 2023. All applications are due no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, September 15, 2023.

Minimum qualifications are contained in the application package available at 150 Avon Belden Road, Avon Lake, Ohio or online at www.avonlake.org.

A twenty-five dollar ($25.00) non-refundable filing fee is required when the application is returned. Said fee shall be in the form of cash or personal check payable to the City of Avon Lake.
