Walker Road Paving Project Update
Phase 5 of the Walker Road paving project has been awarded to Precision Paving. Construction will take place from approximately 1,600 feet east of Miller Road to Moore Road.
The project consists of widening the pavement to accommodate bike lanes on each side of the roadway, as well as:
- roadside drainage replacement;
- subsurface drainage;
- curb ramp and sidewalk replacement;
- driveway apron replacement;
- pavement striping and signing improvements;
- linear and ditch grading;
- and restoration and maintenance of traffic.
The start date for this project has not yet been determined. This page will be updated as more information is available.
