Q: Can I call City Hall's main number and be transferred to another department?

A: Perhaps, City Hall is now operating with a skeleton crew. The public should call the department’s direct phone number instead of main reception. Reception may be unable to transfer the call in the event that a person is working remotely.  However, if you would like to call a department directly here are the numbers.
