We are grateful for the resident feedback received at the April 26th Trash Contract Roundtable Forum, which helped to tailor this survey. While not all requests can be met for every resident, this survey will help the City understand what is most important to the majority of residents when reviewing bids for a new contract in 2024. Results of this survey will be posted on the City's website once they have been tabulated.

Throughout this process, please keep in mind that not all companies offer:

• One-day service throughout the City due to limited truck ownership and manpower
• Multiple-sized bins
• Yard waste removal

Please note: While residents in apartments would appreciate having recycling services at their building, this is the property owner’s responsibility to implement.
