As part of Lorain County Beautiful Day (formerly Pride Day), the City of Avon Lake is organizing a cleanup day in Avon Lake. This county-wide event brings together volunteers for a day of litter clean up, planting, and beautification projects and is part of the larger Keep America Beautiful Great American Cleanup! As always Lorain County Beautiful Day will take place on the 3rd Saturday in May. This year’s event will be Saturday, May 18, beginning at 9:00 a.m.

Organize a group of your friends or neighbors, plan individual projects with your family, or coordinate with your employees to make a difference in our community. If you would like suggestions on projects for Avon Lake, email Celena Crytzer. Once your project has been determined, please register your information on the form below. This information is used to determine the amount of cleanup supplies that Avon Lake will receive and is forwarded to Lorain County for their records.
